CONFERENCE TOPIC
Molded on the Anvil of God
Ministry Lessons from the Book of Exodus
In ministry, the molding of the person is more important than the development of the ministry.
Fruitful ministry frequently flows out of a place of frustration and failure, which itself drives us back to a more profound dependence on God. While we are working on creating better programmes, God is working on creating better people.
We’ll see that Moses’ life is one of crisis after crisis, discouragement after discouragement, failure after failure, and yet it is full of fruitfulness. God’s agenda is not ‘success’ as we see it.
