From cozy cedar cottages in the quiet woodland to the lodge overlooking the ocean – we offer three styles of accommodation to suit the needs of our guests.
Parties of 4-8 guests can choose to stay in one of our 15 cozy woodland cottages or book dormitory-style accommodation in Preedy Lodge, which overlooks the ocean and sleeps 4-6 guests per room. For an extra fee, our 5 Main Hall suites or Van Dooren suite feature ensuite bathrooms, coffee makers, towels and accommodate 1-3 guests.
If you attend as part of our Conferences, we will do our utmost to fulfill your accommodation requests where possible.
Preedy Lodge
Sleeps up to 42 guests
Overlooking the ocean, Preedy Lodge has seven dormitory-style rooms, each sleeping between four and six guests comfortably.
Preedy Hamlet Cottages
Sleep up to 38 guests
The perfect accommodation for guests looking for a quiet, tranquil place to reflect.
Upper Cottages
Sleep up to 64 guests
Nestled amongst the firs, these eight fully winterized cottages can each sleep between six and eight guests.
Main Hall Suites
Sleep up to 10 guests
Located in the upper area of the Main Hall building, these five guest suites each sleep between one and two guests and are designed for those wanting private accommodations.
Van Dooren Suite
Sleeps up to 3 guests
Perfect for guests looking for a quiet place to reflect, this suite is located just off the main property with a forested ocean view. This is one of two deluxe guest suites available.

There are a variety of accommodation alternatives close to Capernwray Harbour, including on Thetis Island and in Chemainus or Nanaimo, just a short ferry ride away on Vancouver Island. We also have a special partnership with The Fairmont Airport hotel in Vancouver to assist your travel plans.
