Jeffrey & Tessa Thudian
Jeffrey and Tessa Thudian are passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus and live out their faith in everyday life.
Jeffrey serves as Lead Pastor at Departure Bay Baptist Church in Nanaimo, BC, where he loves teaching the Bible and helping people encounter Jesus, the Living Word, through the written Word of God. He has a heart for discipleship, spiritual growth, and equipping others to follow Christ faithfully.
Tessa has a heart for shepherding and mentoring others. Through her experience in spiritual mentoring and youth leadership, she has helped people experience healing, freedom, and the abundant life God offers. She currently works as a clinical counsellor and is passionate about helping women navigate life’s challenges and recognize God’s faithfulness in their stories.
Together with their two young boys, Reuben and Judah, Jeffrey and Tessa understand the joys and challenges of balancing faith, family, ministry, and everyday life. They love serving Jesus in Nanaimo, BC, and helping others discover Him, grow in their faith, and follow Him wholeheartedly.

Psalm 119
Anchored in a Shifting Culture
We live in a world full of competing voices. Culture shapes our values, social media influences our thinking, and the pressures of life challenge what we believe. With so many voices telling us how to live, whose voice can we trust?
Psalm 119, the longest Psalm in the Bible, is a beautiful celebration of God’s Word and its power to guide, sustain, and transform our lives. Through seasons of joy, suffering, uncertainty, and opposition, the psalmist continually returns to God’s truth as a source of wisdom, hope, and direction. His prayer is not simply to know God’s commands, but to love them, live them, and walk faithfully in His ways. Being anchored in God’s Word is about more than knowing what the Bible says. It is about knowing the God who speaks through it. The written word of God points us to Jesus Christ, the living Word, the One who perfectly reveals the Father and fulfils God’s promises. As we hear His voice in Scripture, we learn to trust Him, become more like Him, and follow Him faithfully in every season of life.
Together, we’ll explore how God’s Word can anchor our faith, shape our families, guide our relationships, and equip us to live with conviction and grace in a shifting culture.

Family max. – N/A, as these suites only accommodate one to three guests.

HOW TO REGISTER
Online. Registrations open at 8:30 am PCT on Wednesday, January 20, 2027.
Once submitted online, registrations will be acknowledged as received. When space in the conference is secured and the registration is completely processed, registrations will be confirmed as accepted. Each registration requires a deposit of $100 (CAD) per person. The deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
